“Interested in a post-doc position in the monastic history of the early and central middle ages at UGent?”
Steven Vanderputten bei Academia.edu:
I would like to gauge interest in a post-doc position in the monastic history of the early and central middle ages at the Department of History at Ghent University. Funding is available for a period of one year to eighteen months, depending on the seniority of the researcher.
Candidates should be willing to do the following:
- carry out research in the field mentioned above, preferably for the period between c. 800 and 1150. For a survey of current research in monastic history at the Department, see my personal page and www.resoma.ugent.be.
- prepare and submit three papers for publication in international journals and take part in relevant activities of the team.
- join the Department of History at Ghent University and officially reside in Ghent for the duration of the appointment.
